  • "Souper Bowl" Food Collection

MECS Community, most crisis closets receive lots of donations and experience great demand during the holidays. That leaves January as a time for them to replenish their shelves. So, starting Monday, January 9th, through Friday, January 13th, we would like for our classes to collect soups and other non-perishable food items (macaroni and cheese, cereal, pasta, peanut butter, soups, etc) for a local Crisis Closet. With the Super Bowl approaching we will call this our Souper Bowl collection. :) The last collection was so appreciated and brought such excitement as their crisis closet shelves had been seriously picked over. Thank you in advance!
