Lake County Schools Program Review Committee 

    The Program Review Committee originated as a means to facilitate inter-departmental dialogue concerning expenditure of district funds for targeted programs and initiatives.  The Program Review Committee is comprised of representatives from all six district organizational areas which includes: Academic Services, Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Informational Technology, and Operations and is part of the Pre-Implementation Logic Model Process.

    The purpose of the Program Review Committee is to provide a framework which serves as a catalyst for interdepartmental dialogue yielding leveraging power for the district by promoting a rigorous review of program and initiative requests in order to enable the implementation of programs that will ultimately drive student achievement in the most cost-effective way possible while maximizing results.
