• Charms is an online organization platform that we ust to keep track of finances, events, volunteers and much more.  Please follow the below instructions to log on.  Please fill out as much information for students and parents as you feel comfortable. 

    1. Go  to http://www.charmsoffice.com/, and click the “LOGIN” link at upper right 
    2. Locate the “PARENT/STUDENT/MEMBERS LOGIN” section of the web page.
    3.  Login to your child’s program account using the following School Code:__carvermsband_
    4.  Enter your child’s ID NUMBER (student’s District assigned number. Can be found on report cards or Skyward) as a Student Area Password. Once you have first entered this ID number, you may be prompted to create your own, unique password. You can also do this by clicking on the “keyhole” (Change Password) button.
    5.  The first area in which you MUST help the director maintain his records:
      • Enter Personal Information for both the student and any parents/guardians. – The most important info I need is an email address for the student and the parent. This will facilitate an open line of communication between Mr. Eury and the parents.
    6. Please take a few minutes to browse the website to see what all it has to offer. The main areas we will be using the most will be:
      • Student/Parent Info
      • Communication (mostly email)
      • Calendar
      • Finances (you can track how much your student owes to the band)
      • Volunteer sign-ups
      • Forms/Documents
      • Practice Reports
    7. Please check your email OFTEN as this will the main method of communication between myself and parents.
