Many Resources Are Available on Delta Dental's Website
1. Find an in-network dentist near you. Keep your dental expenses as low as possible by staying in your plan’s network. Some plans require you to visit a network dentist. With our online directory, the search for a dentist is easy.
2. Check eligibility and benefits details. You’ll be able to access personalized information once you register for Online Services, including covered procedures and the family members included under your plan.
3. Visit the dentist. You won’t need to bring an ID card — just supply your name, date of birth and social security number (or your enrollee number, which you’ll find under My ID card after logging in). If you’re a dependent, you’ll need these the primary enrollee details .
4. View online statements. Check your electronic statement to see what you owe the dentist, if anything. You’ll also be able to browse previous statements and download them for your records.
