Facilities Construction & Compliance, is committed to providing safe and secure facilities, by encouraging a positive learning environment through design, construction, and improvement of educational facilities.
We provide a variety of services and expertise in the management of capital improvement projects, ranging from minor renovations to major new construction. Through the years, the department has successfully delivered and managed over $350,000,000 in construction projects, including over 2 million square feet of new space, and over 15,000 student stations.
Our mission is to execute capital projects to meet the needs of our faculty, staff, and students. We work closely with all departments to deliver design and construction documents, permitting, and construction to meet the institutional and academic needs of Lake County. We are the liaison between the district and the project team, including architects and builders.
