    Mrs. Munoz

    Mrs. Munoz attended the Puerto Rico Catholic University, where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education with a concentration in Foreign Language (Spanish), and later a Master's Degree in School Administration and Supervision with 46 additional Master's credits in Foreign Language (Hispanic Studies). Before she relocated to Florida, she was a School Principal at Aristides Cales Quiros Middle School in Guayanilla, Puerto Rico, and Miguel Gonzalez Bauza Elementary School in Penuelas, Puerto Rico. As part of her formal education and professional experiences, Mrs. Munoz worked for the Puerto Rico Department of Education as a Teacher, Spanish Facilitator, and School Principal.  She also worked for Dewey University as a Spanish Professor for over five years.

    As a new teacher at Oak Park Middle, Mrs. Munoz will serve as a Foreign Language Teacher in Spanish, where her duties will constitute a challenge to make our students able to understand the second language.  Mrs. Munoz is hugely excited to be part of the Silver Knight’s family, and she is very much looking to work hand-to-hand, shoulder-to-shoulder with our students and faculty, administration and community in pursuing achieving their goals!

    Mrs. Munoz holds a B.A. in Science in Secondary Education with a Major in Spanish, M. Ed. in School Administration and Supervision.  She is Florida certified as a Spanish Teacher K-12 and Educational Leadership K-12. She is also Puerto Rico certified as Spanish Teacher K-12; Spanish Facilitator, and School Principal K-12.
