    A running and multi-sport coach for over 20 years, Sean Hendryx multi-sport and running career began in 1979; since then, he has competed in multiple Ironman competitions, over 100 triathlons, and 6 marathons. Sean received a B.A. in Physical Education Instruction and a Master of Arts degree in Kinesiology, both from Sam Houston State in Texas.  Sean was also a collegiate cross country and track coach at SHSU.  He currently teaches physical education at Windy Hill Middle School in Clermont, Florida. He has coached several Leukemia Society Team in Training Triathlon and running programs.

    Among many running and multi-sport titles, Sean placed 12th overall at the Disney 2000 marathon, received four “top 10” finishes in the Great Floridian Triathlon, and placed 2nd overall in the 1999 Great Floridian Triathlon. He is also a nine-time USA Triathlon All-American from 1999-2006. Additionally, Sean qualified for and competed twice in the Hawaii Ironman World Championships.
