Mrs. Wills is a member of the Career and Technical Education department and joined the Leesburg High School community in 2002.
One of her proudest achievements is becoming a National Board Certified Teacher in 2008 after teaching for only five years.
Mrs. Wills has instructed courses in Principles of Accounting, Legal Aspects of Business, Diversified Career Technology, On-The-Job Training, Business Systems Technology, Computing for College and Careers, and currently teaches Introduction to Information Technology.
In addition, Mrs. Wills tutors students after school with e2020, a computer-based credit recovery program.
Mrs. Wills earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Caldwell College in Caldwell, New Jersey. Before teaching she worked in the field of human resources at Nabisco's corporate headquarters, at a specialist stock firm on Wall Street in New York city, and for a real estate development firm. She brings a wealth of real world business experience into the classroom.
Since 2004, Mrs. Wills has provided professional training at the Learning Resource Center in Howey for Lake County Schools. This training is known as the Alternative Certification Program. It is targeted towards assisting new non-education degree teachers obtain their state teaching certification.
Mrs. Wills also provides training for the Teacher Orientation Program which assists teachers who are new to teaching and/or new to Lake County.
