Welcome to GMS - Home of the GATORS!

At GMS, our gators receive a challenging, college and career curriculum, highly qualified, caring teachers, and innovative teaching and learning. They develop and grow within a safe and effective learning environment. This is the product of a deep commitment to world-class, student centered excellence by teachers, staff, parents, community and leadership; and the results are clear.

GMS is ranked among the Best Middle Schools in Lake County. GMS has been amongst the top performing schools in the past twelve years. More than forty percent of our student pursue one or more advanced classes each year.

Our success goes beyond academics. Our students excel in each of the four A's: academics, activities, arts and athletics, while also developing a moral compass that will guide them after middle school-in high school, college, their career and life. The faculty, staff, and administration will do everything we can to help our gators become empowered for excellence.
