    The goal of ELC is to provide a safe and affordable program, which offers developmentally appropriate activities under the supervision of responsible staff members who are trustworthy, caring and competent to understand and meet the needs of children.Registration forms are available at the ELC site which is located in our cafeteria. An annual, non refundable fee of $20 will be charged in addition to the first week's tuition at the time of enrollment. 

    • Payment is made by check or money order payable to Lake County School. We do not accept cash. Registration fee and tuition are two separate checks or money orders.
       
    • Before school hours are from 7:00 a.m. until school begins and after hours are from the time school ends until 6:00 p.m. Calendars are available indicating the days the site will be open and closed.
     
     Weekly Fees
     
     
    Before & After School per week - $43.00 full pay
    Before School ONLY per week - $20.00 full pay
    After School ONLY per week - $35.00 full pay
     
    Discounted rates are available for students who receive free and reduced lunch.
    Parents must provide proof of status prior to receiving a discount. 
     
     
    Weekly Hours
     
     
    Morning Hours - 7 a.m. to 8 a.m.
    Afternoon Hours - 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
    Wednesday Hours - 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. 
     
     
    Payment Policies 
    • The Lake County School Board cannot extend credit; therefore, fees must be paid in advance.
    • ALL fees are due on Friday prior to the week of services. All fees paid after Friday will be assessed a $5.00 late fee per student.
    • Delinquency of more than one week will redult in the dismissal of a student from the program. 
    • Checks or money orders must be payable to Lake County Schools. The student's name and check writers driver's license number must be included on the checks. Sorry, we do not accept cash
    • The Lake County School District uses Check Care to conduct the electronic recovery of all insufficient fund checks passed through ELC program accounts. If a tuition check is returned parents/guardians must make all subsequent payments by money order for one calendar year.
