The lunchroom is a non-profit organization for the benefit of the students. Breakfast and lunch prices are set by the Lake County School Board and are posted in the cafeteria. Students may purchase the entire meal, a la carte items, or they may bring their lunch. No purchases or deliveries from outside vendors will be allowed. Lunch Numbers will be assigned to new students within the first 3 days of attendance at a school site. Students will keep this number until they graduate or move out of the Lake County School district.Breakfast and lunch may be purchased each day or by the week. Advanced purchases must be made before school in the cafeteria. The price for a student's breakfast for 2017-2018 is as follows:

We accept cash or checks at the school cafeteria. The prepayment will be placed in an account for your student(s). Student(s) can access their account by using their lunch number at the register to purchase meals or ala carte. When sending in a prepayment, you must supply the student's student ID (located on report cards) number in order to credit the correct account.ONLINE MEAL PRE-PAYMENTS: We currently provide https://www.myschoolbucks.com as an on-line payment website for Lake County Schools. Select the On-line Meal Prepayment link on the left for more information. When requesting a refund or transfer of funds, select the Refund/Transfer Request form and submit to the Food Services Department.FREE & REDUCED MEAL BENEFITS: Applictations will be available at each school site and the Lake County Schools Food Services Department. On-line applications will be available on-line for the 2017-2018 SY. Follow the On-line Meal Applications link to the left of this webpage. A new application is required each school year unless you receive a letter stating otherwise. Only one application is needed for all student(s) in a household. Applications may be sent to the student(s) school or mailed to the Food Services Department. Applications are accepted throughout the school year.Once an application has been processed, an Eligibility Notification Letter will be mailed to the parents/guardians. The letter will inform you of your student(s) meal status. All meal applications approved in Lake County Schools during the last school year will expire on September 21, 2017. Students will continue to receive last years meal benefits for the first 30 calendar days, if the student(s) prior year application was approved in Lake County. Student(s) receiving last years status will be required to pay for all meals after September 21, 2017, if a new meal application for the 2017-2018 school year has not been approved.
FOOD ALLERGIES: Notify the school office/nurse and the cafeteria manager at your school site of any student(s) FOOD ALLERGIES. Any allergies or special needs requiring substitutions to the regular school meal will require the "Student Food Allergy Form" to be completed and turned in to your School Site (located on the left).
ALA CART ITEMS - Many of our schools provide extra ala carte items such as ice cream, baked chips and many specialty items. These items range in price from $.25 to $2.50 and are not included in the free & reduced price program. If Parents/Guardians do not wish to allow their student(s) to purchase these items from their meal account, they may contact their student(s) cafeteria manager.
Lunch may be delivered to the main office only by parent/guardian and for the particular student's lunch only. No outside vendors may deliver lunch to school nor group lunches brought to school. Parents may bring their student's lunch and eat with their student ONLY after checking in at the main office.
STUDENTS ARE TO REMAIN IN THE CAFETERIA UNTIL DISMISSED. STUDENTS ARE NOT TO BE IN HALLWAYS OR OTHER AREAS OR NEAR CLASSROOMS DURING LUNCHTIME WITHOUT A PASS. VIOLATORS MAY BE SUBJECT TO DISCIPLINARY ACTION.
