FRESH PLATE PROGRAM
If you know of a student who is worried about food over the summer, Second Harvest would like to help. They are starting a program that will deliver two weeks worth of food to their home or they can pick it up at Faith Neighborhood Center in Groveland. LAST DAY CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED
Friday, April 27, 2018, is the absolute last day to accept checks from students/parents/guardians. Starting Monday, April 30, 2018, no checks will be accepted from students/parents/guardians until the beginning of the 2018-2019 school year in August. If a check from students/parents/guardians is presented after April 27, 2018, it will be returned to you.
Have you heard about our school store The Nest? The Nest is currently selling spirit wear (T-Shirts and Stickers), as well as lanyards. The school store also sells snacks, drinks, and school supplies, perfect for everyday needs.

SLHS NHS PROGRAM TEAMS UP WITH LEUKEMIA AND LYMPHOMA SOCIETY TO RAISE FUNDS

INFORMATION REGARDING CLASS DUES
Senior Class: $25, includes senior privileges and a class shirt. Students pay Mrs. Vazquez in room 202 before and after school. Dues go to senior BBQ and graduation ceremony. All remaining money will be spent on class gift to the school.
Junior Class: $20, Students pay Mrs. Richard in room 211 and dues go to Prom (deposit on the location, food, DJ, decorations).
Sophomore Class: $15, includes a class of 2020 shirt. Students pay Mr. Deck in room 227.
Freshman Class: $10, includes Class of 2021 shirt. Can be paid in room 114, Mrs. Brown.
NEW VISITOR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Lake County Schools, and South Lake High School, have adopted a new visitor management system for all visitors to our campus. All visitors will be asked to display their valid state-issued ID to the front office when they check-in, on their initial visit, which will be entered into our Raptor Visitor Management System. All visitors will also be asked to check-out in the front office when they exit campus. Please click HERE for more information.
Lockers are on sale for $5.00 every day before and after school in the media center. We only accept cash and students are NOT allowed to bring their own locks. Locks will be provided for them.
STUDENT PARKING INFORMATION
Please click HERE to view the Student Parking Application, Senior Parking Spot Painting Guidelines, and other important information regarding student parking. The Student Parking Application form must be completed and turned in to the main office prior to any student parking their vehicle at SLHS.

FREE OFFICE 365 FOR STUDENTS
Each student on our campus has a free Office 365, which entitles them to a copy of the Microsoft Office Software. Please follow these instructions to install Microsoft Office onto personal devices:
1.) Click HERE and log-on with your school e-mail account and password.
a.) E-mail Address: LastName.FirstName@student.lake.k12.fl.us
*(Last name up to 10 characters, First name up to 6)
b.) Password: Student ID Number
2.) Browse the homescreen until you see the tiles "Mail", "Calendar", "People", etc.
3.) Below the tiles is the link "Install Office On More Devices", click the "Install" link under that.
4.) You can then choose from the available software options: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Simply click the "Install" box at the bottom.
