South Lake High presents Eagle Pride Night open house
Parents and guardians of South Lake High students are invited to join teachers, counselors and administrators for the school's Eagle Pride Night on Tuesday, Sept. 22, from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. This time has been designated for parents to visit the teachers in the learning environment where the scholars of South Lake High School are becoming C2 (College and Career) Ready.
Eagle Pride Night will be in the form on an open house.
Student schedules and a school map will be available in your student's English-Language Arts class at 5:30 p.m. for parents to locate the teachers and the classrooms where your child receives bell to bell instruction and rigorous learning.
At 6:30 p.m., parents and students are invited to the auditorium for a presentation on Power Hour by the Principal.
School counselors will be available in the media center to provide information about grade-related resources. Such resources include graduation requirements, ACT/SAT information, testing information, volunteer hours, dual enrollment information and more. School counselors will also have Family Access forms for parents and guardians to complete. Please bring a picture ID so counselors can verify your relationship to your student. Completed forms will be sent to the District IT department for processing. Once processed, you will have access to your student's grades and attendance.
We are excited about your visit with us and we look forward to seeing you at Eagle Pride Night!
