O’Connor is not afraid to speak candidly about the ridicule she faced as a young teenager. She uses these events as the inspiration for her self-written song, “The Game.” In this track, she sings about the importance of being true to oneself. She uses the stage as a platform to bring awareness to students about how their actions can negatively impact others, but she also shows how pursuing one’s dreams can help them develop confidence and find happiness.

At the family night, 7 p.m. on Nov. 6, O’Connor will share her story, emphasize the importance of the parents’ roles and how they can truly help in these situations, perform two songs, answer questions, take pictures and sign autographs.

Each school’s Positive Behavior Support Team has been given four concert tickets to give away this month. Each ticket admits two people. Look for more information from your student’s school about opportunities to win tickets!
