Eustis Heights Elementary Dedication Ceremony is Sunday, Jan. 24

Eustis Heights Elementary School, which welcomed students into its new building late last year, will host a dedication ceremony from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 24, at the school, 250 W. Atwater Ave.
The public is invited to the event, which will feature Superintendent Susan Moxley, Ed.D., as a speaker. Former principals and employees, past and present, including one who has worked at the school 28 years, are expected to attend. Many will be honored for having helped make the school the “Pride of Eustis.”
The Educational Foundation of Lake County will provide a reception immediately after the ceremony with refreshments, and commemorative bricks form the old school will be sold for $20 with all proceeds going toward classroom supplies, incentives for student progress, professional development and other student and staff needs.
