School Board and teachers union reach agreement on contract
TAVARES – The
Lake County School Board and the Lake County Education Association (LCEA) reached
agreement Wednesday, Aug. 17, on their 2016-17 contract.

the starting teacher salary to $40,000, and increased the salary of eligible
teachers $1,500 to $2,000 depending on evaluation.
