Title I Survey -We Need Your Input
During this time of year, many schools or departments may begin gathering valuable feedback in order to improve services provided to everyone supported by Lake County Schools. This particular email is requesting your honest opinions and suggestions because you are an important stakeholder for our Title I school!
· Stakeholders include our entire team of teachers, staff and administrators, our students’ parents, and even community members who lend us local support; together we all support the success of every student that we serve at our Title I school.
· Our school district receives federal Title I funds to support particular schools (such as ours) with initiatives and programs intended to impact overall student growth and academic success. Our school’s 2018-2019 Title I plan is currently being developed and your input is very important to both our school and our district.
· The LCS Title I Department has provided us with this electronic survey to capture your opinions and suggestions about plans to use these funds during the 18-19 school year in our school and in our district; IP addresses are not collected and all responses are anonymous. I ask that you kindly complete the online survey below, so our Title I school can use your feedback to shape our plans for investing the Title I funds that will be used at this school during the 18-19 school year.
