All meetings/workshops of the Lake County School Board shall be open to the public and aired live at http://www.youtube.com/lakeschools when held at the District Office and available at the website: https://lakecountyfl.gov/board-of-county-commissioners/board-meetings when held at the Board of County Commissions office. All actions of the board shall be taken openly and deliberations leading to board action shall likewise be conducted openly. Any person may request permission to speak at the meeting or workshop by filling out a public input card-at the entrance to the meeting room and submitting it to the clerk before the start of the meeting or workshop. Speakers are given 3 minutes to speak.
