Huge congratulations to our incredible elementary students who showcased their science fair projects at the Lake County Schools Science and Engineering Fair today! Their curiosity, creativity, and hard work were on full display, and we are so proud of the innovation they brought to this year’s competition. A big thank‑you to the judges, teachers, and families who supported these young scientists along the way. 👉 Next up: Middle and high school projects on Friday. Wear your red, white, and blue, bring the whole family, and enjoy an evening of learning, connection, and fun. Sonny's BBQ will help us provide dinner as we sit around a "campfire" and enjoy pulled pork sandwiches, macaroni and cheese, and a bottle of water.

The National School Bus Safety Week Poster Contest is now open for submissions! This year's theme is "Safe Rides, Everyday Heroes." We encourage students to think about what safety means to them and how they view bus drivers and community members as everyday heroes who help ensure they get to school safely. Although Law Enforcement Appreciation Day was on January 9th, we want to take a moment to proudly recognize Officer Martin and thank him for all he does for our Bullpup family.
Officer Martin is more than a law enforcement officer—he is a role model, mentor, and trusted presence on our campus. He shows our students what it means to be caring, dependable, and respectful, while also demonstrating bravery, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to keeping our school safe.
His dedication, positive attitude, and genuine care for our students and staff make him a true Bullpup at heart. We are grateful for his service, his courage, and the example he sets each day.
