When a student misses so many days that they are chronically absent (10% or more days) it means the lack of engagement in learning is an ongoing problem that needs to be addressed. Chronic absence affects all kids, not just the absent ones. #HereTodayReadyforTomorrow

The city of Mascotte is offering a Free Community Health Expo—open to all ages!
📅 Date: Saturday, September 20, 2025
🕙 Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
📍 Location: Mascotte Civic Center

Today our 8th grade students were able to read about the 9/11 attacks on America by viewing actual newspapers from that time. So impactful!


Health-related absences are a top reason students miss school, yet sometimes they can be avoided. Partner with health providers to keep students healthy and in school! #HereTodayReadyforTomorrow
